Ashley Graham is a Nebraskan born. Growing up with their sisters, she was frequently bullied by her classmates because of her large legs. It was one of her first major break-throughs. Graham was later mentioned in "Glamour" the magazine's "These Bodies Are Beautiful at every size" in 2009. Graham became a media sensation by being featured in Lane Bryant's controversial commercial. The commercial was ultimately removed from several markets. The controversy grew out of control and she spoke out in"Tonight Show "Tonight Tonight Show" which was hosted by Jay Leno. Graham was well-known and is was one of the most admired plus-sized women today. Grande started singing and acting in her early years as a kid. In 2008 she won an acting role in the Broadway production of 13 which she performed in, and soon started appearing in small parts on TV shows. The highlight of her career was in 2010, when she landed a role in the Nickelodeon television series Victorious. She played Cat Valentine a teenage girl studying at a school for performing arts. The sitcom was cancelled in 2013 and she appeared on the spinoff show, Sam & Cat.
